Missing admin commands. I didn't overwrite configs. Any ideas?

Do you use Sourcebans for Admin? If so, I found that I had to reload the sourcebans plugin on the fly (sm plugins reload sourcebans) and the missing commands returned. I've had to do this on my servers after every update since the Steam IDs changed recently.

Hope that helps.

Seems to be working normally for me with the combination of latest stable-branch MM:S build and latest stable-branch SM build.

Yeah running Centos 6.5 here. None of the cvars are loading out of the server.cfg either. :/

Unknown command "sm_resize_menu"
Unknown command "sm_resize_voices"
Unknown command "sm_resize_headbounds"
Unknown command "sm_godmode_announce"
Unknown command "sm_godmode_remember"

<sigh> These updates are super tedious. Seems like every time now.

For Debian Linux, I am using these latest MM:S and SM builds (from today, post-TF2-update). They seem to be working for my TF2 servers fine now:

Not only seems, it is every time now. Reminds me of the CS: Source updates. Literally every time an update was released, Valve broke something on the server binaries or with SourceMod functionality. The only difference is the Developers are all over it these days so instead of being down for days, it's only a matter of minutes or just a few hours before they get us going again.

I can't thank the staff here enough for all the support they give to the Community. If it weren't for SourceMod and the mods created to run on it, TF2 would have been a dead game years ago.

THANKS DEVS and all the posters and contributors here that help keep things moving!

Haha so true, most source games owe the modding community a lot for keeping their game fresh.

I've seen one sourcemod game that doesn't integrate with sourcemod plugins very well and they are doing absolutely bad as far as player count goes. Long live allied modders. I will donate as soon as things turn up financially at home.
