Sure it is. You won't be able to do it for the C4 holder, since the C4 is (randomly, I assume) given to a player after they spawn. Instead of creating actual spawn points you could give the user the ability to choose an origin for the spawn and setting the player origin to the special spawn in the post hook for spawn.
