Just so people know Bail has mentioned in the past that he hasn't really got time to view these threads in this forum section and from what I remember he proffers that people list bugs HERE
I would assume you should check that the bug hasn't already been reported then sit tight and maybe discuss it (like you obviously are) in here.
It tells you how to log in on the Bug report page. As I mentioned he already knows about this issue.

Now, off to blow up Valve and rape Gabes pet.
