ok i can the and admin to work in the file (user.inin)

but how dose the useer (new admin) put there power in on the othere side ? (From his computer)

He Keeps geting kicked and this is why "You have no entry to the server..." on the server end it also says " kicked due to invalid password

but how dos he put a password when he joins?

one more thing.. i see on the server that two admins have bin load , the one i put and another one ... what is the other one?

Anyway, you have the password field, normally he will put something like setinfo _pw mypassword into his config.cfg (or userconfig in steam now? i forget). If you don't want AMXX to use password, and you want it to only use SteamID instead, you can of course add a flag to the account flags that is called "don't check password"; I think it was 'e', you will find it in the users.ini comments at the beginning of the file.

The other admin may be localhost; look into users.ini for any lines that are not empty and not beginning with ';', these specify admins.
