I wanted to request an Admin manager plugin so you can add admins in-game:

How the plugin should be or I would like to:
So in the server tab should have a new option Admin manager or something if you press on it you should get a menu of players currently on the server and when you select one of the players you want to become admin there comes a new menu where you chose wich flags the admin gets(with a way that you can add custom flags in a config) also that you can manage admin flags from current admins and that there's also an admin delete button this menu should only be accesable by the rootflag admin, after you added the admin maybe you should add something that refreshes the admin cache. I'm willing to pay in TF2 items worth of €10 the items can be picked wichever you like you can sell them later if you don't want them I can also pay in games, dlc or cs:go items this all worth around €10 I'm willing to go overprice only if the item is a bit more then €10. If I could make source plugins I would have done so myself. If you're willing to make this plugin for me and get payed for it you can respond to me below.

What the menu would look like:
Server exec:
-Admin Manager
-1. Add Admin(add through players on the server)
--1. Player1(press on player and start choosing the flags)

---3. ...
--2. Player2
--3. ...
-2. Manage Admins(add/remove flags)
--1. Admin1
Admin1 a,b,c,d,...(current flags)
---1. a
---2. b
---3. ...(enabling flags or disabling)

-3. Delete Admin
--1. Admin1
--2. Admin2
--3. ...(just pressing the keys would delete them)

To be honest, I only had to do a small Google search of my own plugin. So, no, you really don't have to give me anything. Actually, I'm a bit disappointed that people prefer to pay instead of doing a small search

Actually I searched my ass of for this plugin and you were able to find it so no you don't need to acuse me directly of something!

I got a question on configuring the database.cfg

"SAVM_Database" { "driver" "default" "host" "108.61.99.243:27015" "database" "admins-vips" "user" "13*****" "pass" "andr*****20**" }

How do I call the database exactly?

Also the installation how do I do it, do I just upload it entirely to my server or do I put them in certain folders?

You don't create the database, it create herself as far as I remember. You put the smx in olugin folder, zip arxhive shoukd be extracted on WEB server.

And in wich folder do I upload the webinterface I extracted it now in /orangebox but don't I need to extract it in /orangebox/tf

The webinterface is NOT related to the game server. You should host it on a web host. Usually, a small website is sold with the server.
