What happened to admin listen in 5.0.2? I looked all through the config and there is no option to allow admins to see all chat, regardless of living/dead team chat etc.

Admin Listen has been removed since v5.0.
The last version that had Admin Listen was v4.2.
However you can add that plugin separately.
