I saw that after latest updates my motd on the server is not working .

Is there anyone with the same problem ? I joined to like 4-5 servers and I saw the same problem .

What do you mean not working? As in not showing up, because then that would be the convar that is the issue. What is your motd url set to.

I had an issue where it would always revert back to 1 regardless of what was set. Your best bet is to try a cvar enforcer which worked for me

I have the same. Opened about:blank.

sm_cvar sv_disable_motd "0" in server.cfg and restart server. Tested on competitive server and duels mod.

I have a shitty workaround if you can't get anything better figured out ... works seemingly reliably for me on TF2.

Can't get motd working on my surf server either, been like this since the operation update. Simply doesn't show up at all, as soon as you load it in shows team select. Weird since it's working fine on my other servers, they're all using the newest version of mm/sm. Even without any ad plugins, the default motd.txt won't show. However, ad plugins do "load" and I can hear ads in the background despite not showing.

sm_cvar sv_disable_motd 0 is set
