[TF2] A plugin to switch the target team with out them dieing

Is there such a plugin to force someone to the other team with out them dyeing first. I want the change to be instant. I need something like this for an event I am planing and it would make my life easier if I could do this.

With out any sort of re-spawning at all. Just from red to blu (or vice versa) with no death or spawn room involved.
