Where's the list of banned players?

Where's the list of steamids stored when I use amx_ban? My banned.cfg is empty so it's probably not it. On the other hand, I could have a problem with my banned list.

banned.cfg store only permanent ban

Where are the non permanent bans recorded?

They are stored in memory. So if you stop and then start your server, all temporary bans will disappear.

You can view all active bans from within the server console (e.g. using rcon via HLWS) using the "listid" command. Both permanent and temporary bans will show.

This all assumes that you are not using a custom ban method (like that used by Advanced Bans or AMXBans).
