[L4D/L4D2/ANY] MOTD auto open on map change

    Requires basetriggers.smx, included by default on sourcemod.

    It will open motd on all clients after a map change.

    On L4D2 this will open motd in all chapters, instead of only the first one using motd_enabled "1". Set motd_enabled to 0 to avoid motd opening twice on the first chapter.

    I don't think theres any point to mention basetriggers plugin, this is most likely standard on 99% of servers where nextmap plugin for example is more commonly optionally used/removed. Would suggest testing the plugin without basetriggers or adding a detection method for it, I haven't looked at the code but if the plugins required then it should fail if missing anyway.

    Yeah the plugin will do nothing if basetriggers is not there. My plugin simply makes clients execute "motd" after they connect. This command comes from basetriggers, so without basetriggers nothing would happen.
