TempBan
Ban a player until the map changes.

Commands:
sm_tempban <name> - Ban the targetted player until the map changes.

Notes:

I attached an example for the dynamicmenu for use on your servers. Alter it as you see fit.
At this time, I will not be updating this plugin to include timed bans. It may come in the future, but for now I am not going to do it.
