sorry for digging this old thread out, but i didnt want to open a new one. i have exactly the same problem, but i never ran an old version of the css:dm. cssdm_enable_equipment is set to 1 in the cssdm.cfg but when i start the server its like i turned it off. when i switch it to 0 and then back to 1, i have the same problem like tackdriver.
im playing on a listenserver.
i have installed
