As it is, it should only do it once. It doesn't just keep restarting as the server is empty in off hours. It restarts once when the last player leaves. Then it stays open while it is empty after the one restart.

It is initially designed to restart when only the last player leaves the server. Did you ever try it?

Yes and it works but if another player then joins and leaves it restarts again, I may not have worded it the best but what I was asking is if you could make it so it only happens once during a set time interval
