i am seeking someone who can code a VIP/Donator access mod

1) You pay from Paypal.
2) You get automatic access like MYSQL system.
3) once your VIP Expires it automatic deletes you from the system

think Plugin requires PHP/MYSQL coding

if someone is willing to spend time on this i would pay for the finish project up to 100-150 $ depend how advantage the system is give a shout here if your intressted.
