Law is law, sure. But dont ignore the fact many players runs no steam and without them cs 1.6 will be more dead than now. I would venture to say if no steam will gone, most cs 1.6 servers would gone too. You dont see it, or what? Just look at the statistics. Or run own server, adveertise it and count steam and no steam players.

As he just pointed out, that is not relevant at all. Just because you don't like your own prediction doesn't make it such that it would be legal to support it here.

Checking machine ID (or some other rarey changing parameter) could be great to ban those people. Even one of them can make real problem for other players if he's motivated...
The only way to change the steam_id is using the No Steam client, which is not supported on this forum, usually blocking someone will result in a permanent ban unless they abuse some exploit.

Not really. Deleting your account and comments would result in ghosting threads and comments that replied to your comments. So, no. Simply don't visit the forums any more.

All your points are invalid and pointless. What does the GDPR for Europe have to do with a forum based in the US? If you don't have any idea about what you're talking about, then don't continue to make yourself look like an idiot.
