how to make some custom client menu, when some one on my server type
"!menu" or something will bring him special menu for clients.

I trying use search, but nothing found

Reg console command for menu. Then create standart menu which will be sent to client which invoked this command. Browse development section for menu information - http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Menu_API_(SourceMod)

i use TankBuster source just edit and it work perfectly
