Cuz I think I got some crits with it set to 0.

If someone can make some separate settings for melee crits, then I will love them forever.


Excellent work though, I have been wanting a SM plugin like this since TF2 came out.
If you want crits completely off...you need to change tf_weapon_criticals 0
I am guessing you would add that to your server.cfg and restart the server.
I also would imagine it would apply to all weapons including melee.

I knows, but I can use this to shut em off without getting fagged by sv_tags, and not have to use the svtags plugin. ;D

I think you have to download the 1.0 snapshot version to compile it, since it uses features from that.

I have some ideas for some expansion for this for other programmers.

-sudden death no crits (crits off during sudden death)
-melee crit modifcation (sm_crit_chance_melee)
-modification for individual weapons or player classes.

I've uploaded a compiled version to the first post. Obviously you still need the 1.0/1.1 snapshot release to run it.

Alright thanks for the download!

Now when I go to run the program I get this message

15:26:01 [SM] Plugin crits.smx failed to load: Required extension "TF2 Tools" file("game.tf2.ext") not running.

I've updated sourcemod and I have TF2 tools running and I've googled that file and didnt really see anything. What am I doing wrong?

You sure you have tf2 tools running?

'sm exts list' to show a list of extensions running (server console)
