I'll try this out later, if it works I'll start using it.

Without excluding admins, there was no draw to this plugin over simply setting tf2's mp_humans_must_join_team cvar.

Doesn't seem to work.. Regardless of the trade_allonblue setting being 2, everyone can join blue.

The cvar in the admin version isn't trade_allonblue like the original, it's aob_activeteam

Anyway, the plugin works fine for me, though I did recode it a bit to my own liking.
