Lets sentries fire rockets that actively chase the target and find a new one if the old target is no longer visible. Sentries can now also fire critical rockets.

Currently only built against the latest 1.2, so most likely won't work on 1.1 installations. Once 1.2 releases (soon!), I'll add builds against 1.2 and the new trunk (1.3).
