Thanks, but I have the same extensions failed on both servers, but the one has never crashed before. I will update them nonetheless though.

Well, you usually can't immediately identify the problem. From what I have heard from you, is that the server crashes when there are lots of people in the server. I would try unloading the non-essential plugins first and figure it out by process of elimination. I used to run that high ping kicker plugin and it seemed to lag the server out with combination of ad mysql plugin. So i would try that plugin first and see if it still crashes.

Failed extension and plugins may just be optional dependencies that they opted not to install.

Disable all but the stock mods and then add each mod one by one, and then see if there is a crash.
