I dont use v4.00c or v4.00b but I can tell you that the original v4.00 did precache the win sounds properly...as it does so on my server...and I can tell you the ability to ignore freezetime is nice...

gracias pero, ese plugin tiene 2 cosas malas
1- te silenciaa totalmente, yo solo quiero silenciar el mic (muy facil, te setea voice_enable 0)

It compiles just fine if you add teh includes in teh folder... put all the files where they go from teh dl, that simple
