My server gungame is falling all the time that will change the map and has many players (10x10+).

When you have a few players he does not fall, but when is enough, this time loading the next map, he collapses.

hmm try to disabling all 3rd party plugins, if it helps, then try enabling them one by one, e.g. one plugin per day, this way you can find the bad plugin
