I recommend hosting it on FileFront.. I've hosted many files there and they haven't removed any of them as of yet.

Note: Uh, why is my post above the main post.

I've sent the crosstool compiler to SoopaFlyYT at PAF. Their downloads section is now hosted by NFO and can handle much bigger files and more downloads than this will get. Also, you can link directly to the file and won't need to link to a download page. I'll post the link as soon as it gets uploaded (I tried it, but the web based upload couldn't handle the 35-40MB file).

c0ldfyr3 managed to post in the future somehow, so he's ahead of us all

Hey all.
LDuke has taken the time to compile a cross compiler that works with base instalation of CygWin and allows for compiling of Valve compatible plugins with ease without moving your source around with just the click of a button.

The problem is, im looking for somewhere to host the 30mb CrossTool file.
I have space, but im using alot of bandwith as it is so I dont want to p*ss of my host.

So im wondering if anyone knows of any free places to upload ?
www.megaupload.de seems to be my favourite so far.
FileFront, someone mentioned that but on closer inspection it seems they only allow temporary files and may delete as they find appropriate.

I have the tutorial finished for the most part just waiting on uploading the completed Valve compatible crosstool...

Download link for the crosstool compiler

NOTE: The file should be named crosstool_gcc-3.4.1.tar.gz but it seems to be downloading as crosstool_gcc-3.4.1.tar.tar for me for some reason.

This is a pretty cool idea. You should post your tutorial on the wiki.
