Wondering if someone could point me in the right direction, is there a way to obtain a high resolution timestamp of an action/event for hl1 amxmodx. Perhaps something that could be correlated with external Windows high resolution timestamps?

Hoping there's something hacky I could use that's already built-in instead of using C++ code module, was thinking of using Windows ETW to capture USB input events and then measuring the difference between operating system detected input and when the local game server recognized the input.

I'm curious, what does USB have to do with the game server?

The API for AMX Mod X it pretty well documented and I've never seen anything like this in there. You can peruse the source code to see if you can find anything in there related to this. It's highly doubtful because there is no reason to have something like this in a game engine from the 1990's.
