I am looking for some php-based scripts for servermanagement. I want my clanmates to be able to start/stop/restart the servers and maybe to change the maps.

Any ideas?

Yeah, that's easy, just send rcon commands ...

But I want a webinterface which starts/stops/restarts the server with shell commands, so that you can stop/restart it, even when it got stuck.
