Try amx_addadmin <playername|auth> <accessflags> [password] +Karma if it works plz. Do this when you are in your server and do it on the dedicated window console. Or if you rent 1 go to user.ini and folow the dircetions

can you please tell me if you add accidently wrong id or pass in the amx_addadmin "STEAM_0" "" "abc" how can u remove it without physical access to the server??? is there an amx or rcon command?? something like amx_removeadmin ?? cause i did a mistake and i am owned now

No, there is a third party plugin that you can install for the amx_removeadmin command, but by default, there is no such command. You must manually remove it from the users.ini file
