I recently bought vBulletin from their website, and I am trying to install it on my website.

I am using free webhosting from qupis, but their free package includes PHP (Latest) [ Safe Mode OFF with Complete GD Support ] as well as a mySQL database as part of my free hosting...

I created a database and gave the "user" full rights. I then installed vBulletin v3.6.4(I think, I can check if you want)... Ran the PHP install file, the database was filled with its proper rows and columns, then after the final 5/5 install page, it went to the "admincp"... When that page loaded, all I got was this:

and that's all I get on any page except the updater and new install php files from the install package.

Very strange... My webhost, qupis, must have done something because it just started working correctly today.

I registered my account number and everything, but I never got any email from them...

I also searched there, but it doesn't appear to be an actual vBulletin problem... I think it's an issue pertaining to my home computers only actually.
