Running latest sourcemod-1.4.5-hg3540-linux no crashes. after removing all other plugins and exts.

Even after disabling sourcemod there are problems elsewhere. Server boots and runs about 2 minutes then crashes with:
L 08/22/2012 - 17:07:49: Warning: free edicts below threshold. 1 free edict remaining.
L 08/22/2012 - 17:07:49: Warning: free edicts below threshold. 0 free edicts remaining.
L 08/22/2012 - 17:07:49: Engine error: ED_Alloc: no free edicts

Maybe you're running some other plugins?
Just to confirm, I have crashes with newest (1.5.0-hg3622-linux) dev snapshot too.

Running a vanilla for a few maps now and no errors. Are you linux or windows? Windows here.

I just disabled sourcemod server runs, soon as I put sourcemod back it crashes. I am running Windows.
