Error logs? Is the plugin actually loaded? (verify by checking sm plugins list)

I attached the log. It says it can't find a database but I already put one in.

Wow, you got quite the errors there, all over the board from not finding the correct db configuration to probably an incorrect password.

First and foremost however, I see that you are running sourcebans twice - sourcebans.smx and sbpp_main.smx. Remove the old versions and retry.

What do your error logs say? error_***.log

Probably has something do with incorrectly setup database config.

Okay so now, I have the ban option back but it doesn't pop up on site.
The only thing in sourcebans.log is even though I put the right password.
