Is there any plugin (or anyone make it plz) to display player's name on his head??

I don't think there is an existing one, but making it without client modifications while looking good is difficult. You would have to have sprites for each letter and put them next to each other above the head. Using models could give better results.

You would need up to 31 sprites (or models) for every player, one for each character, and it would probably look really derpy.
The way these ones on picture work is probably by injecting an external program into client's DLL, which renders text onscreen with OpenGL. These are some kind of cheats, right?

It's called Metahook or something, but it may trigger a VAC ban (Note: VAC got active in 1.6 again recently)

if i use it on server without VAC ?

I saw one plugin who use sprites on player head https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=4603 .. but how to get player name from list (example name "A" to show as "A" ) ? If some one with skill at this.. can make some example i will write other parts and will share it .. tnx

Afaik, this would only apply if you start the game with the insecure parameter.
