After installing SourceBans in a directory on my webserver (Windows 2012 running IIS) and removing the install + upload directories, I get a series of errors like this when attempting to access the website:

"Warning: include(C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\novita s\bans/themes_c/\default^%%FC^FC1^FC137016%%page_header.tpl.p hp): failed to open stream: No such file or directory inC:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\novitas\bans \includes\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1257"

I haven't done anything I shouldn't have and the install worked properly.

Check file/folder permissions.

Seems like the user account that IIS / PHP is using doesn't have the proper access to the "themes_c" directory for caching templates.

Ah. It has read, write, execute and list but not modify. Added modify and it works now.
