Hello, I am looking for a Private Coder for my server.

I prefer someone in the North American Region for less language and time barriers.
Few things i'm currently looking for:
- A better setup for our GameME. I don't like the chat, some of the ways it tells each message, and want to have some message for top 10 players as they join. I also want to hopefully find a way where T's get more points per kill then a CT.
- A plugin for a mod/admin to check for mics. This will freeze the game and can only be done during the first minute of the round or something. It will also relay a hint message telling players what is happening so they don't start freaking out. Maybe have a limit to how many times you can do it every so often.
- Help us edit some messages for plugins as we need it.
- Future idea's to come up with.
