It's called fatsrun, and you don't need a wall (though it is easier with a wall).

i tried that plugin with the default cvars and does not work and i changed the distance to 100 and nothing happend i tried it with bots i created server on my pc and i tried it with cheat fighter FX7 and nothing happend
