Also, if the exclusion of the past 4 recently played maps after playing Workshop maps could be fixed as well, I'd be in heaven

Dumb question: How do I get UMC to randomly select a map if no one voted when a time-based vote came up? I don't see a cvar for it in umc-endvote.cfg and instead, it just does (apparently) nothing.

It's a module, randommap or something, you have to have it

I figured it was like SourceMod's randomcycle, where running it and an end of map vote together were a bad idea. Oh well, necessary evil to have it on I guess.

All I know is my regular prop hunters want map restrictions based on number of players and I don't really want to add player size limits to MapChooser Extended.

Yeah, if you have player limits.. And you set it to 16 or so, and the vote happens with 16 and 1 leaves, umc will have a heart attack and run the configs for that tiered category but wont pick a map, so it will fall back to random map and you will have prophunt loaded on payload or something.

Then again, having prophunt with 6 payers is no fun either.

UMC's randomcycle module only chooses a random map if the next map hasn't already been set by something else (admin command, endvote, etc).

I haven't actually logged on to my TF2 server since yesterday's update.

Out of curiosity, what issues are you seeing and are you using umc-builtinvotes or umc-nativevotes?

i'm getting reports that it's not initiating the end of map vote to set the next map, the server is just randomly selecting the next map.

What does it say in your UMC log (addons/sourcemod/logs/ with UMC_20130605.log for yesterday and UMC_20130606.log for today)?

I'm not sure what's with the error immediately after the map change, but you can see the end of map vote still ran 1 minute before the map time ended.

Having said that, I'm not using tiered voting on this server.
