SQL db and sm_reloadadmins crush my server (win32, all latest versions of SM and MMS)

server halt and show me "Memory could not be read" error.

Ok, now I got this error again--took time. Reverted back to 1344. posted bug.

hmm.... after exam sm logs i (mb) found a roots of problem: right before server crushes sm print to log info about mismatch of db codepage and sql server codepage...

sql cp 1251
db cp utf-8

it crushes server.
