server.dll is all there is to Metamod:source on windows.

Just follow these instructions:

EDIT: If you are looking to install sourcemod it has its own download which is here:

http://www.sourcemod.net/builds.php

You will need metamod:source installed first. The zip file is for windows and the tar.gz file is for linux.

If sm_help doesn't do *anything* then sourcemod is probably not installed properly.

Type sm version in your console and see if you see anything.

If not, make sure you created a metaplugins.ini file per the instructions here:
