I think I am missing something here.. uh...

Where are the options for mapvotes and rtv?

When I type rockthevote in server, it says "Voting is disabled"

I feel like an idiot, lol

If you moved the mapchooser.smx and the rockthevote.smx from the plugins/disabled folder, to the plugins/ folder, these will be enabled.

After the first startup, or mapchange with these, config files will be created under cfg/sourcemod/ with the corresponding plugin.cfg names. There you can set up everything

Thanks a lot!

Okay, so now when I type nominate in, I get a prompt on screen saying pick a map, but when I push a number to nominate that map, nothing happens

Also, where do I go to add/replace/remove maps from that list?

I made a maps.ini and put it in addons/sourcemod/configs/ - didn't seem to do the trick.

addons/sourcemod/configs/maps.ini i think

you can tell the file to use your mapcycle.

or you can use links to make all the files the same thing

Just copy your votemaplist.txt from your old mani install to the addons/sourcemod/configs/ folder.
Then point to that file, in the rtv config.

ive never had mani.

I have no idea where it is getting the maplist, there are no files where it is pointing, but it is still getting a list. What should the maplist file look like? Are the maps just listed (like mapcycle.txt)?

Create that file. addons/sourcemod/configs/votemaplist.txt

And edit the cfg/sourcemod/rtv.cfg, to have this:

// Map file to use. (Def configs/maps.ini)
// -
// Default: "configs/maps.ini"
sm_rtv_file "configs/votemaplist.txt"

Okay, so now when the vote is rocked it shows the maps that I want, but nominate still doesnt work.

sm_rtv_nominate "1"

But it doesnt show the correct maps there (when typing nominate in game), nor does it work in the first place, when I try to push.. say.. 2 for cp_dustbowl, nothing happens, no map was nominated, and the prompt stays open.

Must be something TF2 specific.

It works here on CSS.
