For a few people I can offer some free serverhosting, we stopped running a few servers (back from 14 to 5 gameservers atm.) so we have some space free on our dedicated servers.

So what do you get:
- A gameservers with a game after your choosing (Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Left 4 Dead 2, Half Life 2: Multiplayer, Nuclear Dawn)
- Login to a control panel, ftp access to the server
- Servers on a good connection, located in the Netherlands on 1gbit uplink.

What do we want from you:
- Ad in the MOTD (its an commercial ad, not linked to any gaming community. Most ads are for computer hardware/games)
- Feedback on how the server is performing (Like lag or connection problems) so we can improve our network.

Conditions:
- No heavy mods (like zombiemod)
- Normal amount of slots (or let me know why you need a lot of slots)
- No empty servers, if nobody is playing on the server I rather give it to someone else. Of course I will give you some time to set-up
- We do not provide fast download or mysql database
- Do not disable the Ad (its an sourcemod plugin, so sourcemod most be enabled on the server)
- Already have an active (small) community (this is optional but preferred)


If you break the rules the server will be disabled. If we will stop the service we will let you know in time so you can inform your players. We will try to keep the uptime as high as possible but I can't give any guarantees.

If you want a server send me a pm on this forum with some information: Which game, how many slots, which (game play) mod(s), why you think you should get it and some information about your community.

And please be patience, do not contact me 100times.. or you will surely not get it.

I'm not sure I'm interested at the moment, but how do you determine what's a heavy mod?

For example, would TF2's Freak Fortress 2 be considered heavy?

Well with heavy I mean plugins that use a lot of the CPU or/and Memory. I never used the Freak Fortress plugin so I don't know if its heavy. I can host a few heavy servers but not for everyone ;).
