T can only spec T and CAT can spec only CT
But admins can spec everyone when is dead.

My mp_forcechase and mp_forcecam is set to 2 but I want to admins this commands to 0

I already try:
ReHlds with regamedll & ReFreeLook but when i start the server console say Hlds_linux is not executable.

I also try adminfreelook module & plugin with orpheu and dont work too

I need your help pls. I try to search but with no success. If u know how to do pls reply this post
