It depends on the command you mean. sm_tsay can do red.

But sm_say and sm_chat can't... I don't believe. I must profess that I haven't really looked at it heavily in several months now. Which BAT command is red? I can check his Sourcecode for clues if its really a chat message.

The fact that it appears in 2 colours: (Admin) Name: Message message message actually seems more eyecatching to me than when it was one colour like MANI does it.

It was probably tsay. It displayed in the bottom center of the screen.

It's amazing how they make it so hard to make text any color, but yet the game itself uses probably millions of colors
