give money for each kill?

A friend and I came up with this idea that instead of having jobs/payments in TSRP, that there could be a plugin that gives you a certain amount of money for each person you kill (bot or human). It would be cool if it tied into the tsx_money plugin or something. I actually tried doing this myself but having absolutely no experience in Small/C I came out clueless.

It's RP. Why on earth would you PAY people for Deathmatching on an RP server??

It's not RP really, its more of just people running around killing bots and earning money for it to buy things.
