heheh...oh...anyway, b4 i did this...i started it up with absolutly nothing running...it still causes map crash...um...kinda sounds like this dedicated server itself is a piece of Sh*t...i'm probably gonna post in the stema forums about this

hlds is a stand alone, the best to use, it works using steam, but you don't start it through the games bar

get it, it is better, but it is the same
so in the link, get dedicated server, not steam, and install it where ever you want, word of advice, to make it simple for you in the future when you have to use hldsupdatetool, install it to a folder right on the C drive, don't put it on your desktop because you will need to type the directory in a dos prompt and it will be way too long

ur upload speed is pretty good...i hav no idea how to make sure download speed is okay tho...sounds good
