Y0 guys!

I need a VIP plugin for public server. Any1 please make it I dont like global all in one vip, vip candy system, and vip 3.0... So pls make this plugin


1. VIP shld have a gun menu.. dey shld buy weapons anywhere and anytime for free.
/menu for vip weapon shop
when vips type /menu.. this menu shld appear..

1) AWP+DEAGLE
2) M4+DEAGLE
3) AK+DEAGLE

2. VIPs shld get 1he and 2flash on every new round.
3. VIP shld be written on "BOMB/ Dead" column.
4. when a player(normal player) types /wantvip, a motd shld open in which vip powers and to whom dey have to contact..

5. /vip or /vips to see online vip players (client chat mesg)
6. When a vip player is in CT team, his skin shld be default VIP skin...
And when he is in T team, another model ( unique models like ezio, spiderman etc)
7. VIPs shld get 8 hp for akill, and 15 hp for a headshot.
8. If it is possible, add multijump only for vips.
9. Unlimited bullets(not for reloading like in CSDMs.)
eg:- for if vip takes ak47, bullets will be 30/90...vips shld get unlimited bullets only for "90"
not for "30"
10. Players who have Access flag "p" shld become VIPs...

epic cany vip system.

PoLiCe... i dont like epic vip plugin and manager.. dont ask why.. but vip 3.0 is pretty cool but i dont know how to make a player vip :\
The author told this...
How to give VIP?:
"NICK" "PASSWORD" "bit" "ab"
or
"ip" "password" "bit" "de"
Where i have to put these..? in users.ini? if not wer shld i put these..? Need help with this :'(
