i've seen some plugins that changes player's score in scoreboard
but is it possible to change player's name in scoreboard?
- I mean changing name in scoreboard not in chat.

Are you talking about having a different name in the scoreboard than the one that shows in chat? What is the point?

Yes, it would be like a tag or something like that,

Again, what would be the point? If you want people to have a tag, just have them change their name in game and add the tag.

Not only tag, for example in latest HLDS build Valve blocked some Language in nickname, for example arabic.
i want my english name in chat and my Arabic name in scoreboard, my point is to make the name in scoreboard Changeable.

If the name can't be shown in chat, how can it be shown in the score board if the game doesn't have support for those characters?

i thought that it would be possible, because i still can write with arabic.
I guess that means. it's not possible :/
