I have a SH-mod server on CZ.
I want to do it FAST Dl, can someone help me with it?

The IP is: 83.253.76.198:27015
(The server didn't runs 24/7)

No, there is no other way, you will need a website host to do it.

I don't know any hosts, but using the search button might help you finding a good one. There has been many threads about this in the off topic section of amx mod x.
