I think for custom logos you can use either svg or png, but if you use custom logos in png they will only show up in the team score and not on the scoreboard, the svg custom logos will work for everthing.

I'm not sure if this is totally correct, so if correct me if I'm wrong.

I've had this problem, you probably wrote the wrong tit.cfg file or put it in the wrong place. Review topic.

I moved the files to the right folder, but the server can't download them.
The console writes:

Also make sure that the logos are being downloaded by the players by FastDL, if the players do not download the logos of the team soon it does not display at all.

Download error, see if FastDL really has the files.

Submit the FastDL link is easier to test.

There must be the problem, contact your host and see how to configure FastDL correctly, this is probably the problem.
