Plugin don't work

I instaled hlstats.. v 1.6.19
when i type sm plugins list:
1."HLstatsX CE Ingame Plugin" (1.6.19) by psychonic
but in game, not work rank,top,help andd other commands..any help?
because hlstats don;t work, superlogs don't work too
sorry for my english.

//i just put the sourcemod folder in addons
is required to install web plugin?

Is the daemon running? Any errors in the daemon logs?

i think is not running, cuz i not installed web plugin, i just put the sourcemod folder in addons.

The daemon is the key part to HLStatsX, without it, nothing will ever work

hlstatsx works only with daemon console and webhost/website with php and mysql.

website need to run 24/7
