Description plugin called: and I'd like a plugin Random Kick, choose at random to one player and to automatically kick in a certain range!
Other specifications: I mean, if the server is 32/32, a player receiving the kick automatically every 30 seconds! After another 30 seconds (meaning after one minute) another player to get kicked!

Why in the world would you want to kick people from your server? Won't be full often if that's the case. There are reserved slot plugins that let people who are on the list kick to join.
