Team Fortress 2 No Crits Vote Plugin

I was wondering if there is a SourceMod plugin that will start a vote for no critical hits whenever a certain number of people have entered a Team Fortress 2 server? Thanks in advance.

I don't believe so, but you could request it in the Plugins request forum.

Custom Votes has that built into it but i'm not sure if you would want to download this plugin just for crits.
