Help: L4D2 Infected Bots

I have Sourcemod and Metamod installed, MM 1.8 and SM 1.3.

However, I get this error when trying to run them:

Any ideas as to where I can get this apparently needed file? It isn't answered in any threads I found.

should be included with sourcemod as far as i know. looks as though 1.3 doesnt have sdktools for l4d2 though.

actually no,
l4d2 infected bots works perfectly fine for me.
are you sure you have the latest sourcemod and metamod source snapshot versions?
